This hotel is disgusting. We came in from out of town in the middle of the night in hopes that we could rest peacefully and comfortably. The entire room was fifthly. There was hair on the pillows, previous guests food in the fridge, a hairball in the sheets, stains all over the couch. It was very nasty. I looked at two other rooms after complaining and they also were dirty. It seems like hair on the pillows / sheets in the trend at this hotel. All they did to “compensate” me was a $20 refund vs. a full refund. We were only there from 3am - 10am. Book at your own risk. Photos speak for themselves. I also have videos of the couch and fridge but it will not upload.

Recommend they provide enough toiletries for amount of people in room. Towels were scarce but we made do with what we had.

The location was just a few minutes from airport. Bed was comfortable. Also, I liked that I saw a security officer patrolling outside at vehicles. Seemed like a safe stay.

This hotel is just a quick drive from downtown Columbus. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good. The pool was pretty full most of our stay, so I didn't get in. It looked pretty foggy/dirty, and there were no clean towels available at the pool. They are pet friendly, which was great for us. The pet fee for our stay was around $90. We were there 4 nights, so it wasn't that bad.

Best place near the airport to stay hands down. The Team here from the ownership to the manager to the front desk in housekeepers are fantastic. Everything and Hotel worked smelled great and seemed very well maintained not to mention how friendly everybody was. I was thoroughly impressed. I will be referring and coming back for years. Thank you

I loved this hotel. The check in friendly. The room spacious, clean and nice view. The pool was great. Clean not overly chlorinated. Might even been heated. Breakfast tons of options. BUT.. the beds were hard felt the springs and the pillows lumpy. Did not sleep good.

Website says free airport shuttle when booking but this is NOT true. It only runs certain hours. Cost me $20 to Uber from airport. The hotel is run down and dirty for what you’d expect from a Comfort Suites and other locations. Breakfast was ok, fitness center is clean with bottles of water and towels supplied.

Hotel location is convenient as we wanted to be close to the airport. When we arrived to the room after check in it was freezing mid December. So cold. It’s a large room so it took a long time to heat up. The bathroom in our king room was so dirty I was honestly a little shocked. Gross
